About the Hike: Join Sempervirens Fund's volunteer hike leader Gary on this moderate hike at Henry Cowell Redwoods State park. Hikers will explore towering old growth trees and observe the stunning diversity of the redwood forest. This 4-mile adventure is perfect for nature lovers and anyone curious about forest ecosystems. This hike includes scenic river views and some of the park's most famous old-growth trees. The hike will begin at the visitor center and cover portions of the River Trail, Eagle Creek Trail, Your Sister Trail, and the Redwood Grove Loop.
To join this group hike, all participants are required to sign a liability waiver.

Important Information:
- Parking: Costs $10 (free with State Parks Pass)
- Bathrooms and water fountains are available next to the parking lot
- Remember to bring a water bottle, lunch, a hat, and layers for various weather conditions.
- Please wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes.
Dogs are not allowed at this location.
