Water is one of life's most precious gifts. Join our park Naturalist for a 1-mile guided hike along the lake shorelines. You'll learn about the lake's history, its current conditions, and how to be a water protector of Lake Thunderbird and beyond!Please bring the following to come prepared for a low-to-medium-difficulty hike:
- Water bottle
- Hat
- Comfortable closed-toe shoes (might get muddy)
- Bug spray
- Sunscreen
- Light colored clothing (easier to see ticks)
Weather permitting. In the case of lightning or severe weather, this event will be cancelled and rescheduled.
