Community Gratitude Stroll
You're doing important work. You're showing up for your family, your job, your community. But when's the last time someone held space for you to just... pause?
That's what this stroll was created to do.
Once a month, we gather for a simple, restorative practice: a one-mile walk through the neighborhood with gratitude prompts, followed by tea and optional connection time. No networking. No performance. Just humans being human.
Here's how it works:
10:00-10:10am — Welcome circle. Quick introductions.
10:10-10:35am — Walk together (or in solo reflection) with gratitude prompts to guide your thoughts. Choose your experience:
- Walk & Talk: Pair up for conversation
- Solo Reflection: Walk quietly (we'll mark your name tag so people know)
10:35-10:45am — Closing circle. Share what came up for you, or just listen.
10:45-11:15am — Optional tea and mingling. Stay for community time and meet this month's featured wellness practitioner.
What You'll Take Home:
- Gratitude prompt cards you can use anytime
- Connection with other community members
- 60 minutes away from screens
- Permission to rest without guilt
Who This Is For: All community members, but especially leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives, and anyone navigating the weight of meaningful work.
What to Bring: Just yourself. Comfy shoes to walk of course.
Weather Plan: Light rain? We walk. Heavy rain or extreme heat? We move indoors for a gratitude circle, movement, and discussion. Severe weather? We'll email all registrants 24 hours in advance.
Investment: Free, always. Donations are welcome to support materials and future walks, but are never required.
