Join me for a free guided walk through Pukekura Park, where I will introduce you to the healing potential of native plants, with an emphasis on New Zealand Native Flower Essence Therapy.
I have been working with native plants and First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand for 15 years. During this walk I will share my knowledge and experience working with the native flower essences for over a decade.
The native plants of Aotearoa, New Zealand possess unique healing qualities. Native flower essences are ideal for addressing stress, anxiety, depression, fear, trauma and a wide range of psychological and spiritual challenges in a holistic and natural way.
Flower essences contain the prefect energetic blueprint of a plant, which when ingested influences emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing by gently healing disharmonious patterns in the energetic network within and surrounding the body.
This walk is weather dependent. In the event of heavy rain, strong winds, or conditions that may compromise safety or enjoyment, the walk may be postponed or cancelled. Participants will be notified as soon as possible of any changes.
Limited to 20 people, bookings essential.
