Born and raised on the Southside of Chicago, Chef Moore’s cooking has been heavily-inspired by his grandmother’s Mississippi foodways and a career in some of the country’s most celebrated restaurants.
He’s appeared on numerous Food Network shows, including Chopped, Beat Bobby Flay, and Vegas Chef Prizefight.
In 2025, he was named a James Beard Semifinalist for Best Chef: Great Lakes. Chef Moore’s dinner at Seven Acre will celebrate the connection between two proud traditions: Southern hospitality and Wisconsin’s rich agricultural heritage.
