Red Wine and Chipotle-braised Chicken Breast served over roasted Hatch Chile mashed potatoes with star-anise-glazed carrots and red wine–chipotle jus.
Dessert
Dairy-free Arroz con Leche Brûlée—coconut milk rice pudding infused with cinnamon and orange, finished with a caramelized sugar crust.

The chef's will showcase special techniques and secrets they have learned along the way.

This is an all-ages event. Guests must be 21 or older and present valid identification to receive the alcoholic welcome cocktail. A zero-proof option will be available for guests under 21.
Refunds are available up to seven days before the event. No refunds will be issued within seven days of the event. Tickets may be transferred to another guest

MEET CHEF LEO HUDSON
Chef Leo believes great food should be exciting, approachable, and shared with good people.
Through Chef Leo’s Food Lab, he has created memorable cooking experiences built around fresh ingredients, experimentation, and teaching guests techniques they can use at home.
On October 27, he joins Chef Jhomemy Ramos, Phoenix Magazine's Best of the Valley Best Chef 2026, at The Guadalupe on Main for a one-night collaborative dinner.
Guests won’t simply be served each course. Both chefs will personally explain the inspiration, ingredients, and techniques behind the food.
Only 80 guests will experience this evening.
