About this Event
Developing a B2B business is challenging for everyone - especially at the current levels of economic uncertainty and AI disruption. But there are many ways to make it more controlled, more consistent, less lonely and, ultimately, more profitable .
Growth Leaders, supported by Bristol Creative Industries, is hosting a free Discovery morning to introduce the processes and systems that leaders (exclusively in the digital, tech and creative industries) must have in place to successfully build the business they want. This session will:
- Demonstrate exactly how sustained growth is achieved
- Explain how to implement world class processes in a business
- Help you assess the state of your company against industry benchmarks
- Diagnose and provide solutions to particpants' No.1 challenge today
- Explore why, despite the extra stress, being a leader is worth the effort
This session will set out what a business needs to have in place to enable it to grow. It will employ a combination of peer group discussion, masterclass, business tools. This will touch on areas such as:
- Vision and Goal setting
- Accountability
- Sales, marketing and lead generation
- Customers
- Keeping the business on track
- Monitoring progress across the year
The workshop is a standalone session; however, through it, you will exerience how peer groups, backed by expert guidance, can help leaders feel more supported and less isolated. This is the underlying structure that Growth Leaders uses to offer ongoing support, through its monthly workshops.
By the end, you’ll not only have clear idea of what it takes to successfully grow your business - and identify areas you can improve immediately - but gain a taste of the Growth Leaders programme, and meet some of the other leaders who are interested in getting involved.
There's no compulsion to take this further, but knowing what you need to do is often just the start. A lot of particpants** find the combination of ongoing support from their peers and industry experts, masterclass workshops and being regularly held to account - is the best way to turn the knowledge into action and results.
The Format
You'll have a chance to talk about your current business and share some of the challenges you face with a roomful of others who truly understand - because they're facing the same issues too.
One or two participants will be invited to 'deep dive' into their challenge with the group. This way you’ll identify possible solutions to deal with them right now - through guidance from the peer group and the Growth Leaders expert – to show how effectively a peer group can generate valuable answers to immediate problems, in no time.
