At this session up to ten leaders - exclusively from non-competing service businesses (digital, creative, SaaS, professions, etc.) - get to talk openly about where they are with AI: what they've tried, what's held them back, and what they want to achieve. The conversation will be led by an experienced facilitator and an AI expert.

Every participant will benchmark their own starting point, work through real AI challenges with the group, and leave with practical ideas they can apply straight away.

The session will also feature a masterclass, It all starts with the leader, exploring how AI can support the key parts of your role - how far along you are with each, the advantages on offer, and the steps to take them into the wider business.

This is not AI for AI's sake. The programme helps leaders of B2B service businesses discover how and where AI should be applied to existing operations to the greatest effect - so it supports your wider business strategy.

Each participant will be from a non-competing, service-model business, so everyone broadly understands how each other's business operates. Everyone is required to sign an NDA to support free-flowing, honest conversations.

Over six to twelve months, you will reach the point where you:

• Are confident in your understanding of AI for business
• Have implemented key AI applications across your business and are monitoring results
• Are making strategic choices with AI to support your business growth
• Understand the benefits to your business and how to measure them
• Are clearly ahead of most of your competitors

• Progress updates: each leader presents their progress on the previous month's AI task - learning from each other's experience, with Q&A amongst the peer group
• Topic deep dive: an in-depth review of a business topic relevant to the group - mapping your current approach and outlining what an AI-led version might look like for you
• Your next AI challenge: define one specific AI application to apply to your own role, agree how you'll measure the improvement, and write up your task for the month ahead

Each group is tailored to the people in the room, so the programme keeps pace with a fast-changing AI landscape.

The session runs on Monday 30 November, 9.30-12.30, at the Hilton Bournemouth, with arrival from 9.00 for tea, coffee and pastries.

This is followed by lunch, where the conversation can be continued.
