Hatha Yoga with Quentin | Thursdays 7:30–8:30 PM
This empowering and fresh Hatha practice blends mindful movement, devotion, and music into a truly immersive experience. Each class engages the senses with soulful sound, a gentle breeze of sage or incense, curated herbal tea, integrative assists with focused massage, and a beautifully held space.
You’ll move through asana and pranayama designed to offer a graceful challenge for all levels, expanding both strength and awareness. Every class is woven with interfaith philosophy and a unique reflection on how reggae and yoga walk hand in hand.
