Talk, Demonstration & Practical session by Ferguson from Micro Greens. £15 per person- Booking Essential.
Fergus will explain what micro greens are, their health benefits and how to grow and prepare them. Followed by sample tasting and food ideas.
For the practical session; you will each be given a grow pack. You can then choose the seeds you want to grow and start them off to take home and harvest when ready.
Finally there will be a market stall available for purchases of organic seeds; gift grow packs and more, with the opportunity of some cheese tasting.
There will be the opportunity for Q&A, together with tips and advice.
