About this Event
Grow With Us
Calling all future educators in Region 4! Join us at the UL Lafayette Student Union for a day made for middle school, high school, and college students who are exploring a career in education.
Under this year’s theme, Grow With Us, you will spend the day hearing powerful stories from educators, reflecting on your consideration of the profession, building connections with others in region 4, and planting the seeds for your future in education.
Whether you are just beginning to wonder if teaching is your calling, or you are already firmly rooted in your decision to become an educator, this event offers something for everyone. Throughout the day, you will have the opportunity to explore your potential through reflection, discussion, and a guided art experience. You can also join a UL Lafayette campus tour, learn about the 2027 Louisiana state conference and Educators Rising national competitions for Educators Rising, and participate in interactive group activities designed to help you branch out and have fun!
Registration is $15 and it covers all conference materials, conference event swag, and lunch at the Cypress Lake Dining Room.
