A FREE practical workshop to help charities and social enterprises in Lincolnshire to grow and scale up their income through trading
About this Event

Looking to develop new income streams or grow your existing trading income?

Join Kai-zen Change for Good CIC, in partnership with Community Action Derby and for an interactive workshop exploring how your organisation can generate unrestricted income, strengthen resilience and increase its impact.

With funding under pressure, developing trading income can give organisations greater freedom to invest in their mission. This session will help you explore potential markets, build on your strengths and understand the business foundations needed to take an idea forward.

During this session, you will:

  • Explore regional and local market opportunities, including potential public sector contracts.
  • Consider different trading models and strategies for diversifying your income.
  • Use a practical template to identify opportunities for your own organisation.
  • Learn how market research and evidence of social value can strengthen your offer to customers and commissioners.
  • Explore contract and investment readiness, including what social investors look for.
  • Understand funding and finance options.
  • Identify your priorities and begin an action plan.

You’ll leave with ideas to explore, greater confidence about your next steps, and practical templates and checklists to help you move forward.

FREE delicious lunch included!
