Group Yoga Therapy to help manage the symptoms of stress and anxiety.This is a 5 week practical course that explores the hows and whys we feel these uncomfortable and sometimes overwhelming feelings of the symptoms of stress and anxiety in our bodies.
You do not need any prior yoga experience and everything that is offered is an invitation.I draw upon an extensive range of yoga practices in this course which includes posture, gentle movement and breathing exercises .
I offer yoga solutions to help deal with some of the symptoms as they arise and also things you can do after an uncomfortable experience to support your safe return to your body. You will by the end of the course have a useful tool box of simple and practical ways to support you in your day to day life.At the end of the course you will receive course notes and a short video of a yoga practice for you to use at home.
