GROUP SPINAL ENERGETICSAn Intimate Evening at BOAB
Join me for an intimate evening of Group Spinal Energetics at BOAB Home Studio in Pallarenda.
Working with the connection between your body, energy and nervous system, Spinal Energetics offers an opportunity to explore, reconnect and discover something within yourself.
You may experience movement, emotion, breath, subtle sensations or a beautiful sense of stillness.
No two sessions are ever the same. Every body responds differently, and each experience unfolds in its own way.
There’s something special about sharing this space with others. Each person brings their own story, their own energy and their own experience, while being part of something shared.
