Sveiki ir Namaste 🙏🏻I'd like to invite you to an hour of intuitive energy healing in Vilnius. A moment of profound peace, together, in the current of universal life force energy – also known as Reiki.
✨ What is Reiki?
Reiki is a deeply healing energy that animates all living things – life itself, at its highest natural frequency.
As we go through life, we can pick up energies from other people and places, from difficult situations and traumatic experiences. We hold them as tension or contractions in the body, and over time, it can become a real source of suffering.
Receiving Reiki is an immersion in this vital frequency – a way for the body, mind and soul to remember and realign with the living vibration of the universe.
✨ What is it like?
People describe a Reiki session in many ways – insights, spiritual experiences, emotional relief, mental clarity, or deep relaxation and peace. This is often felt from the first session, and can deepen over time. Many leave with a renewed sense of liveliness, more clarity on their situation, or a feeling of being at peace with themselves.
✨ Who is Alex?
My name is Alex and I'm from Sweden, but now live in Lithuania with my fiancée. I've been working with the Reiki energy since 2019, and I'm a certified Reiki Master-Teacher in four lineages – Usui, Holy Fire®, Karuna® and Violet Flame. Alongside Reiki, I work with other intuitive energies that support both me and everyone taking part. My first Reiki course was in Thailand in 2019, and since then I've trained and worked with people from many countries across the globe. It's a part of who I am, and something I deeply enjoy sharing with others.
✨ Who is it for?
You're welcome if something feels hard right now and you would like support. You're just as welcome if you simply love receiving Reiki, or you're curious to experience energy healing for yourself.
✨ What happens?
When you arrive, find a mat and settle in. At 13:00 we begin with a short talk and Q&A, and then go into the healing energy transmission together with the whole group. Throughout the transmission, while you lie down (or sit, if you prefer), I give each person individual focus. Afterwards, there's time to share what you noticed, ask questions, or just enjoy the afterglow.
