I’ll guide you into a deeply relaxed state and through an inner journey where you’ll have the opportunity to explore a past-life experience and discover what comes forward for you. You may experience images, emotions, physical sensations, impressions, memories, or simply a sense of knowing. There is no “right” way to experience a regression.
This experience offers space for self-discovery, reflection, new perspectives on patterns or relationships in your present life, and a deeper connection with your own inner knowing. You’ll also have time afterward to journal and reflect on your experience.
