In this group class, you will use metaphor associative cards and share with others using different exercise techniques to work on a subconscious level by extracting the thoughts & feelings you are experiencing. A inner exploration of the mind.
This will help you take a deeper dive inside your subconscious & bring awareness to the hidden aspects of your inner mind to guide you toward actions and resolutions.
