Group Meditation Circle - Open Form

Join us for a peaceful group meditation session where you can practice the meditation style that feels right for you.

We begin with a brief guided introduction to help set the tone and then you'll have the freedom to explore your own practice in a supportive, calming space.

To close the evening we conduct a collective I-Ching reading for us to consider through the week.
