Group Hope is a lifeline for adults (18+) seeking to understand mental illness and to be understood! Our facilitator assisted meetings encourage those living with mental health conditions to meet with other interested people who come to support each other. As we help each other, we help ourselves. Group serves as a place to find gentle and respectful discussions where we are allowed to relax and gain relief sharing with others. We are much more than just another support group. Loved ones are welcome.Every Thursday
