About this Event
A message from Paul:
"Come and join EcoSpark to discover many connections to nature as we walk from Evergreen Brickworks to Davisville subway station. We will focus on the biodiversity and historic rail lines in the city. Meet us in the Evergreen Brickworks parking lot for a 2 hour walk and talk with Paul Hackl, former Geography teacher at Riverdale CI and EcoSpark Board member. Bring your Presto card or funds for the subway. Hike will run rain or shine, dress appropriately, water bottle and good walking shoes.
We will be walking from Evergreen Brickworks (with a handy washroom), up Mud Creek ravine, and through Mount Pleasant Cemetery, following the old Beltline Railway to Yonge Street and ultimately Davisville subway station.”
