Return to Yourself: The Power of Connection
A morning to slow down, reconnect, and come back to yourself.
Join us at Bluprint Wellness for Return to Yourself, a restorative experience led by Everwell founder Dr. Robin “Birdie” Jones.
In a season that pulls us in every direction, it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves and with each other. This gathering is an invitation to pause and remember what connection feels like: within your own body, between mind and spirit, and with the people around you.
We’ll begin with a short talk on The Power of Connection. Dr. Jones will share how Classical Chinese Medicine sees body, mind, and spirit as one connected system, and why stress, disconnection, and exhaustion so often show up together. You’ll leave with a fresh way of understanding your own wellbeing and a few simple ways to feel more grounded in everyday life.
Next, we’ll settle into a calming group acupuncture session. There’s something powerful about resting together in a shared, quiet space. As your nervous system shifts out of “go” mode and into deep rest, you can let go of what you’ve been carrying and reconnect with a calmer, steadier version of yourself.
Afterward, take your time unwinding in Bluprint’s private restoration suite. Linger, connect with others, and carry that sense of ease into the rest of your day.
No acupuncture experience necessary. All are welcome.
