No prior experience is necessary.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and wear comfortable clothing that allows access to your arms, hands, lower legs, and feet.

Casey McCaig is a licensed Acupuncture Physician and Diplomate of Oriental Medicine specializing in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Japanese Acupuncture, Orthopedic Acupuncture, and Chinese Herbology. She combines her extensive clinical training with a compassionate, holistic approach to help patients achieve optimal health and wellness.
