The Slow Sippers are a Vancouver based seven-piece groove machine with a retro-soul and rock n’ roll vibe.Their repertoire is drawn from soul musicians of the past and present who inspire them. They add their own flavour and flair to these covers, whether it be a dash of funk, blues or rock n’ roll. What sets The Slow Sippers apart from other cover bands is that the songs they choose to are deep cuts. These songs haven't been overplayed on the radio and they have never been anthems for the masses. They are soulful, well curated pieces with an energy that gets a crowd moving and bobbing their heads. All net proceeds from the door will be donated in support of 'The Saint James Music Academy.'
