One of our 'pathways to' series of courses is for preparing a horse on the ground for liberty, a term used to describe when the horse has no equipment attached, 'no strings' literally.This course is for any person who wants to learn how to safely and competently handle their horse on the ground, from leading to driving to obstacle challenges to float loading and also 'Trail Walking'. Our facilities are purpose built for maximum learning practise through our comprehensive programs.
This course will focus entirely on the ground (aka 'in hand') and open to entry level students as well as established students who would like to revisit basics and firm up foundational ground skills as well as advance them to include liberty testing and training.
This is not trick training, we are not focused on teaching that particular area of liberty application, but our foundational 'on line' ground based program sets up the fundamentals for engaging safely and enjoyably with horses on the ground - with and without 'strings attached'.

Please note the following:
* We do not allow alcohol consumption during our horsemanship events
* No visiting dogs
* No stallions or horses under 2 yrs old. Please contact us if you have a horse under 4 to discuss suitability or if you have any behavioural problems you need help addressing.
* PL waiver and medical information forms must be signed and returned prior to arrival please. These will be sent to you at time of booking.
