Grounding Hike - Q4 Lock-in Series

Meet us on Sunday to hike the Rockwood Park to Marsh Road trail via the Northern Delaware Greenway. This 2.4 mile hike hosts 213 ft of elevation gain, and beautiful Autumn scenery.

Meetup: 9:00 AM (we will hit the trail by 9:10 AM, be on time!) Please park in the large lots you encounter when you enter the park.

Comfortable walking shoes

Wear light layers of clothes

Water (at least 1L)

This hike is part of the Q4 lock-in series for personal wellness. Sunday Grounding aims to ritualize prioritizing Sundays for self-care, wellness, and physical movement. Meet us outside all Autumn. Look for indoor climb events in November!
