About this Event
Spring is a natural moment to pause, take a breath, and check in with yourself.
This half-day retreat is an invitation to slow down after the heaviness of winter, reconnect with your body, and gently reset your nervous system. We’ll move, rest, reflect, and release — all in a way that feels supportive, grounded, and spacious.
This retreat is for you if you’re wanting:
• to slow down and feel more grounded
• to get out of your head and back into your body
• a gentle nervous system reset
• time for reflection without overwhelm
• a cozy, nourishing afternoon that feels both simple and special
No yoga or meditation experience needed. Come exactly as you are.
What the afternoon will include:
- Arriving and settling in
You’ll be welcomed with tea, sparkling water, juice, and light snacks—time to arrive, get comfortable, and let the nervous system begin to unwind. - Opening the space
We’ll start together with a simple welcome, intention setting, and guided journaling to create a supportive, present container for the afternoon. - Movement & stillness
A slow, accessible yoga practice paired with a short meditation. The focus is on listening to your body, moving with ease, and creating steadiness from the inside out. - Seasonal reflection &intention setting
With the body relaxed and the mind settled, you’ll reflect through guided journal prompts and manifest your spring ahead - Breathwork, meditation, sound & rest
A nourishing journey of breathwork, meditation, and extended sound bowls designed to invite deep rest, integration, and spacious inner clarity. - Closing and carrying it forward
We’ll gently close the container, name what you’re taking with you, and create space to transition back into the rest of your day feeling grounded, clear, and supported.

Who is Wild Love?
Led by Brooke + Jay, we create retreats that help people slow down, wake up to what matters, and reconnect — with themselves and with each other.
Our experiences are guided by our values of awaken, connection, and play. We believe in moving our bodies, laughing often, and making space for real, meaningful conversations.
By blending intentional practices with moments of fun and reflection, we create room for personal growth, deeper relationships, and a sense of renewal that stays with you long after the retreat ends.
