A grounding guided inner journey to calm Vata, settle the nervous system, and deeply rest.About this Event
Step away from the noise of everyday life and settle into the quiet, mineral-rich atmosphere of the salt cave for a deeply grounding journey of rest. Rooted in Yoga Nidra and inspired by Ayurveda, this experience is designed to calm Vata—the energy associated with movement, restlessness, and an overactive mind—while supporting a greater sense of steadiness, ease, and connection to the body.
Through guided meditation, gentle breath awareness, somatic body sensing, Yoga Nidra, and gentle sound healing woven throughout, you’ll be invited to feel the weight of your body, the support beneath you, and your natural connection with gravity and the Earth. We’ll explore Apana Vayu, the downward-moving current of energy associated in Ayurveda with grounding and release, before moving into deep, effortless rest.
