🥁 Grounded Grooves – Open Drum Circle 🎶By the community, for the community ❤️
🪘 Every 1st Thursday @ 7PM
📍 Ollie’s Skate Shop
🎶 Bring a drum or shake what you got! (Loaners while they last)
🪑Grab your lawn chair! (we've ran out before)
*Free to attend, Donations appreciated.*
Got a heartbeat? Then you’ve got rhythm!
Even before language, we had song & dance.
Join the grooves, ground yourself in the pulse of a drum.
Percussion engages both sides of the brain, encouraging neuroplasticity & calm the nervous system.
Percussion can be easy as a clap, tambourine or maraca! Complicated as a Pan Drum. 😉
Flow dancers & Poi welcome.
Bring a friend. Bring your joy. Let's make some noise. 🌍🔥
