The Rhythm of Your Day...
🌱 Ground (Morning): We’ll open with a gentle, energising yoga flow to wake up the body, preparing you for a deeply immersive Gong Bath led by Lexi. As you emerge, our herbalist, Ally, will serve comforting, autumn-inspired herbal blends crafted to support your nervous system.
🥣 Nourish (Mid-day): We’ll gather for a slow, delicious seasonal lunch lovingly prepared by Ally using organic whole plant foods that celebrate autumn's harvest (all dietary requirements carefully catered for).
✨ Restore (Afternoon): We’ll wind down with slow, restorative yoga, soothing eye pillows, and guided relaxation, ending with a sweet grounding snack so you float out the door completely revitalised.
Who Is This For?
Absolutely everyone. Whether you are stepping onto a mat for the very first time or are looking for a gentle seasonal reset, you are so welcome. All mats and props are provided and set up for you.
