About this Event
October brings cooler days, quieter moments, and an opportunity to turn inward. Through sound and intentional rest, reconnect to your inner light. Join the solara flow community for October's ground + glow sound bath in Bicester- a space to rest and reset.
A gentle mid-week reminder to prioritise you. An hour for yourself amongst the never-ending to do lists and external noise.
Solara flow with iz invites you to experience a sound bath and guided meditation at Southwold Primary School, Bicester. You'll be guided into stillness, creating space to step away from the busyness of life, softening the body and quietening the mind.
