About this Event
This isn't your typical power yoga class — think slow, soft, and a little "ooey gooey." Over 75 minutes, we'll move through intentional breathing, gentle movement, and embodied poses, blending mindful strengthening with stretching and mobility work to help your body feel more supported and at ease. There's no rushing here — just permission to slow down and reconnect with yourself. You'll leave feeling grounded, more connected to your body, and genuinely at peace. All bodies, all levels, and all degrees of yoga experience are welcome.
Facilitated by Rev Andrea Woods. Andrea is a 500-hour yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) and Army veteran whose classes are known for their slow, gentle, deeply embodied approach — one student affectionately calls them "ooey gooey." Andrea runs Embodied Wayfinding, her private somatic practice in Greenville, and is an ordained Interfaith Minister and certified intuitive eating counselor. She brings the same steady, unhurried presence to every class she teaches.
