Through movement, cold, meditation, rhythm, fire, and community, we’ll create space to ground, reflect, and simply be grateful.
🧘♀️ Yoga with Rochelle
Begin the evening by coming home to your body and creating space for appreciation. Through gentle, intentional movement and breath, we’ll slow down, release tension, and mindfully connect with all that our bodies allow us to experience.
We’ll explore the simple beauty of being present, honouring where we are, and recognizing the strength, breath, and life within us. This grounding practice will help you drop in, open your heart, and connect more deeply with yourself and the intention of the evening. 🌿🤍
🧊 Cold Plunge with Loretta
Step into the cold and discover what happens when you meet discomfort with breath, presence, and gratitude. Through guided breathing and intentional cold-water immersion, we’ll practise slowing the mind, regulating the nervous system, and finding calm within the challenge.
Together, we’ll honour the strength of our bodies, appreciate what they carry us through, and connect with the courage already within us. Breathe deeply, be fully present, and emerge feeling grounded, energized, and grateful. 🧊🤍
🔥🥁 Drum Meditation with Chris
Join Chris by the fire for a guided meditation as we connect with earthly and universal energy, turn inward, and come face-to-face with ourselves.
And yes… he’s bringing the BIG DRUM! 🥁🔥 Chris will incorporate the drum to create a collective heartbeat—bringing us together through rhythm, energy, meditation, and connection.
