About this Event
Join us for a sunset edition of Groove & Glow as we take our practice to the beach! We’ll gather at the West End of Galveston Beach for an evening of grounding, movement, reflection, and connection with the ocean.
6:00 PM — Meet & Set Up
Please arrive promptly at 6:00 PM so we can get settled and ready for our sunset flow.
6:30 PM — Grounding Sound Bath with Nah Nah
We’ll begin with a grounding sound bath led by Nah Nah, creating space to slow down, release the day, and connect with ourselves and the natural surroundings.
Sunset Yoga Flow with Dari
Immediately following the sound bath, Dari will lead us through a sunset yoga flow designed to help us move, breathe, and reconnect with our bodies.
Reflection & Ocean Time
After our practice, we’ll have some intentional time to reflect, journal, or simply take in the ocean. If it feels meaningful to you, consider bringing a journal, written intention, flower, herb, or another appropriate offering for the ocean. Please keep any offerings environmentally friendly and avoid leaving anything behind that could harm marine life.

- Your yoga mat
- Water
- Sunscreen
- Anything you may need to stay comfortable as the evening cools
- A journal, if you’d like to reflect afterward
- An optional ocean offering
Transportation
Need or want a ride? We’ll have a 15-passenger van available!
Transportation is $10 per person and includes round-trip transportation to and from our meeting point in Sugar Land. Additional meeting-point details will be provided to those who register for transportation.
