Grof® Breathwork er en virkningsfull, erfaringsbasert metode for selvutforskning og indre arbeid, utviklet av Stanislav Grof og hans avdøde kone Christina Grof. Metoden bygger på gamle visdomstradisjoner, dybdepsykologi, transpersonlig psykologi og moderne bevissthetsforskning.
En kombinasjon av forsterket pust, stemningsskapende musikk, fokusert bodywork og kreative integrasjonsformer åpner veien inn til holotropiske bevissthetstilstander og aktiverer kroppens og sinnets iboende evne til dyp heling. Holotropisk betyr å bevege seg mot helhet.
Deltakerne arbeider i par og veksler mellom rollene som «Puster» og «Sitter». I løpet av helgen vil hver deltaker puste én gang og sitte én gang. Sitter-rollen er en vesentlig del av prosessen: å holde et rolig og trygt nærvær mens en annen reiser innover. Mange opplever dette som like meningsfullt som å puste selv.
Pustesesjonene varer omtrent tre timer, og fasilitator med assistenter er til stede gjennom hele prosessen og bistår ved behov for særlig støtte. Sesjonene etterfølges av mandalategning og dele-sirkel, for å integrere og dele erfaringene.

Andreas Rodenkirchen er lærer og veileder ved GLT-Nordic. I tillegg er han skuespiller, regissør og gestaltterapeut, utdannet ved Teaterhøgskolen i Luleå og Gestaltinstituttet i Skandinavia. Gjennom sitt kreative og humanistiske arbeid søkte han stadig dypere inn i det eksistensielle og psykoterapeutiske feltet, noe som ledet ham til Grof Legacy Training Nordic. Han er kvalifisert fasilitator i Grof® Breathwork og Grof Psychedelic Therapy, og bringer med seg bred erfaring fra klinisk arbeid, workshops og coaching.

Grof® Breathwork Retreat with Andreas Rodenkirchen in Bergen, Norway
This retreat will be facilitated in Norwegian and Swedish.
Grof® Breathwork is a powerful, experiential method of self-exploration and inner work, developed by Stanislav Grof and his late wife Christina Grof. It draws on perennial wisdom traditions, depth psychology, transpersonal psychology and modern consciousness research.
A combination of accelerated breathing, evocative music, focused bodywork and creative integration practices opens the way into holotropic states of consciousness and activates the innate healing capacity of body and mind. Holotropic means moving towards wholeness.
Participants work in pairs and alternate between the roles of “Breather” and “Sitter”. Over the weekend, each participant will breathe once and sit once. The sitter role is an essential part of the process: holding a calm, grounded presence while another person journeys inward. Many find this as meaningful as breathing themselves.
Breathing sessions last approximately three hours, and the facilitator and assistants are present throughout, offering support where needed. Sessions are followed by mandala drawing and a sharing circle, to integrate and share the experiences.
The weekend is led by Andreas Rodenkirchen
Andreas Rodenkirchen is a teacher and supervisor at GLT-Nordic. He is also an actor, director and gestalt therapist, trained at the Theatre Academy in Luleå and at the Gestalt Institute of Scandinavia. Through his creative and humanistic work he was drawn ever deeper into the existential and psychotherapeutic field, which led him to Grof Legacy Training Nordic. He is a qualified facilitator in Grof® Breathwork and Grof Psychedelic Therapy, and brings broad experience from clinical work, workshops and coaching.
