About this Event
For more than 20 years, Busboys and Poets has created space to feed the mind, body and soul through food, art, culture, conversation and community. The Morning After brings movement into that tradition.
Led by Camille Stuart, founder of Grip with Grace, the morning begins with 45 minutes of all-levels mat Pilates — breath, strength and movement designed to meet you where you are.
From there, the experience expands beyond the mat: a full breakfast buffet, your first brunch cocktail or mocktail on us, a live DJ, music, and time to actually enjoy the people around you.
It's movement without isolation and wellness without retreating from your social life to practice it. Because Grip with Grace is built on a simple belief: Strength, balance, and grace are personal. Thriving is relational.
