As the holidays approach, grief for many becomes overwhelming. We are holding space for 10 individuals to explore and process their grief, while also honoring their loss.
Mid-day we will go to a local water way to complete a grief exercise. A full schedule of the day will be provided upon signing up.
This retreat will provide release, honor, and healing.
6 hours of therapy for less than 1 hour of therapy! Let's catch your second wind!
