Grief Circle is a monthly gathering where you can simply show up as you are. There is nothing to fix, no timeline to follow, and no expectation that you should be "over it" by now.
We'll gather for gentle reflection, conversation, and connection in a space where grief can simply be witnessed.
You can share. You can listen. You can cry. You can laugh. You can sit quietly.
There is never any pressure to share.
And grief doesn't only follow death. Loss of a relationship, friendship, home, career, dream, identity, or the life you thought you'd have belongs here, too.
Come every month or come when you need the space.
