🍂 Our next Grief Baking Workshop is coming November 17th! 🍂Sometimes healing begins in the simplest moments — measuring ingredients, mixing a bowl of batter, sharing stories, and realizing we don't have to carry everything alone.
Join me for another Grief Baking Workshop, a welcoming space to bake, connect, and give ourselves permission to feel.
This workshop is for anyone navigating grief. Grief isn't limited to losing someone we love. It can also come from:
- The end of a relationship
- Losing a beloved pet
- Rebuilding your life after difficult experiences
- Letting go of the life you thought you would have
- Navigating major life changes
You don't have to share your story unless you feel comfortable. You don't have to have the right words. And you absolutely don't need baking experience.
Just come as you are. We'll bake together, connect with others, and make room for whatever we're carrying.
