Grief 101: Coping with the Holidays

Dealing with loss and grief can be especially difficult during the holiday season. Join us for a thoughtful session aimed at deepening our understanding of grief.

Participants will be introduced to key concepts related to grief, explore both common and individual reactions to loss, and gain practical tools for supporting themselves and others during emotionally difficult times.

This session is suitable for those who are bereaved, supporting someone who has experienced loss, or simply eager to enhance their grief literacy.

Please note this session is not a bereavement/grief support group or counselling session.
