The universe is constantly emitting electro magnetic frequencies. These waves are present and doing their thing whether we tune in or not.
But what if we did tune in? What if we attempted to take the time to listen for, think about and then respond to these radio waves? Would they respond back? Could we create a conversation, a back and forth by simply tuning in and bothering to respond? Let's see.
