Hey garden lovers! Join us in person on September 19 for the Greentown Grows Garden Work Event. It's a great chance to get your hands dirty, meet fellow plant enthusiasts, and learn about fall gardening. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just curious, everyone’s welcome to pitch in and have some fun outdoors. Don’t miss out on this awesome morning of good vibes!
Please bring work gloves, water, and dress for the weather.
Unless it is storming or pouring rain, the event is on. If the event needs to be canceled, an email will be sent by 8 am.
To find the garden, go to the intersection of Metropolitan Ave. and York House Rd. in Waukegan. Turn off York House at the Waukegan BMX sign. The garden is located at the end of the parking lot in front of the BMX track. Please click here for a map.
