Dance is medicine for the body and mind. Join us in a safe, welcoming space where you’re free to let go, move how you feel, and reconnect with your own rhythm. With five rhythmic waves of music guiding us, Ecstatic Dance becomes a playground for joy, release, and creative expression, at a pace that feels true to you.
This is not a dance class or a club; it is a journey of self-exploration, where your body and creative energy become the guide.
