In the Renaissance Room of the Carolina TheatreJoin Greensboro Ballet for a royal afternoon of magic at our Princess Tea — a delightful fundraising event inspired by Princess Aurora from The Sleeping Beauty and the enchanted princesses of The Firebird, both featured in this spring’s spectacular production of Fire & Fairy Tales.
Young princes, princesses, and their families will step into a storybook celebration where sparkling décor, blooming flowers, and enchanting details transform the Renaissance Room into the perfect setting for a magical tea party. Enjoy elegant tea, refreshing punch, and a delicious assortment of princess-worthy treats while making memories fit for royalty.
Guests will have the opportunity to meet the dancers, take photos, collect autographs, and experience the wonder of ballet up close. Children are encouraged to wear their favorite princess costume or fanciest tea outfit as they enjoy a party filled with a storytime, crafts, and other enchanting activities. Every child will also receive a special goody bag filled with delightful surprises, including a ballet-themed craft to enjoy at the party.
Whether your little one dreams of being a brave prince or princess, a graceful ballerina, or simply loves fairy tales, this event is the perfect way to celebrate the joy of dance, family and friends, and Greensboro Ballet’s 60th Anniversary Diamond Season!
NOTES: This event is designed for children, so no adult tickets will be sold individually without at least one child ticket, as well. Tickets for Princess Tea can be purchased along with Fire and Fairy Tales tickets, or not.
Tickets are $30 each, plus sales tax.
Everyone must have a ticket.
Doors will open half an hour before Princess Tea.
