FREE Children’s Yoga geared towards ages 3-6 but open to all ages !Join The GreenHouse on the Greenway for a joyful experience filled with movement, music, and imagination. This playful outdoor yoga class is designed for ages 3–6, with all ages welcome to attend.
Through yoga, games, and simple mindfulness, children will build confidence, coordination, and body awareness while learning self-regulation tools and gentle meditation. Surrounded by fresh air and open space, each class creates a supportive environment where little ones can move freely, explore, and grow
This program is FREE and open to the public, made possible through the Greenway’s continued partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Together, this collaboration supports healthy living initiatives, helps maintain the Greenway’s beautiful open spaces, and brings the Greenway Fitness Program to the community.
