A guided sound meditation using singing bowls and calming vibrations to relax the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself.

What to bring: Just bring water — everything else will be ready for you. You are welcome to bring extras for comfort (pillows, bolsters, blanket etc.)

What to Expect:
Arrive and settle into a peaceful, calming space designed for rest and relaxation. You’ll be invited to get comfortable on your yoga mat with blankets or pillows as gentle guidance helps you transition out of the stress of the day and into a more grounded, restorative state.
During the meditation, you’ll experience the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and other calming instruments intended to support deep relaxation, mindfulness, and inner balance. No meditation experience is needed — simply relax and receive.
The evening will close with an Intentional Water Blessing, a mindful moment of gratitude and positive intention for wellbeing and renewal.
