🌿 Green Drinks Saigon | November Special: Documentary Night 🎬This month, we're doing Green Drinks a little differently!
Instead of our usual drinks, green topic speaker and sustainability chat, we're heading to the cinema, sort of 🍿
We're joining the Vietnam screening of How To Live On Earth, hosted by Social ChangeMakers & Impact Hub Saigon, with a live Q&A with the film's director, Fredi Devas, straight from the UK.
🌍 About the film
Presented by Benedict Cumberbatch (Doctor Strange, Sherlock Homes), with music by Hans Zimmer (The Lion King, Gladiator, Inception, Interstellar, Dune), Jacob Shea and Ho-Ling Tang, the film is directed and produced by Fredi Devas (Planet Earth II & III, Seven Worlds, One Planet), co-directed and executive produced by Jonnie Hughes (David Attenborough: A Life on Our Planet, The Hunt).
It's a hopeful, cinematic look at how humanity can build a thriving future by working with nature, not against it, through the stories of scientists, Indigenous activists, farmers and economists already leading the way. In other words: exactly the kind of conversation we have at Green Drinks every month, just on a big screen.
