Wines will initially be served blind, inviting guests to taste, compare, and uncover the distinctive character of each country. As the wines are revealed, discover the grapes, regions, and traditions that make these European wine destinations so exciting.
Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with handcrafted dishes, highlighting the magic that happens when great food meets great wine. A special highlight will be Ian's Eggs Benedict with Asparagus, a creative pairing designed to surprise and delight.
