The Woodstock Opera House is proud to welcome the Navy Band Great Lakes Wind Ensemble for a special FREE performance. Based at nearby Naval Station Great Lakes, the ensemble is comprised of active-duty Navy musicians under the direction of Lieutenant David Harbuziuk.
Known as the Navy’s “Ambassadors to the Midwest,” the Wind Ensemble brings the pride and professionalism of the United States Navy to communities throughout the region. Its repertoire spans classic concert band literature, patriotic music, marches, pop music arrangements and vocal features, creating an entertaining and inspiring experience for audiences of all ages. The band's concerts are patriotic, family-friendly and designed to entertain audiences young and old alike.
