#ASKCanopies for Thanksgiving weekend.
We would like to borrow several self-supporting canopies for our Boulevard Event. We want to create a festive mood and to define space for different people who will be bringing things to giveaway or to sell.
Event’s original date was Saturday, October 10. However, the weather forecast is not good for Saturday.
The event has been moved to Monday, October 12 and still scheduled for 11:00 am to 3:00 pm
However, we are starting to set out some of the giveaway items on the boulevard which can stay there all weekend and which can be added to and or subtracted from.
Having the canopies on Saturday would allow us to put them up after this wind dies down.
