Great British Beach Clean: Glyne Gap Beach
Join us for a beach clean and litter survey at Glyne Gap beach, arranged as part of the Marine Conservation Society’s Great British Beach Clean week.
Date: Thursday 24th September 26
Time: 12.30 to 14.30
Meeting point:
Glyne Gap Beach: (accessed through tunnel under railway at Glyne Gap car park).
We will meet on beach opposite Oceanside Café and then move to our base to begin the litter pick.
Nearest parking and bus-stop:
Glyne Gap Car Park: (opposite Esso Petrol Station on Bexhill Road)
Bexhill Road, Bexhill, East Sussex TN40 2JU
Suitable for all ages, children must be accompanied by an adult for the session.
Under 16s: To comply with our insurance, volunteers under 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult who will be asked to sign a parental / guardian consent form on the day.
Bring waterproof clothing and wear sturdy footwear, hat and sun protection may be required if warm. Bring strong protective gloves if you have them, additional gloves will be available if needed. Hot drinks and cake will be provided.
